Job Descriptions

1. Design & development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive customers acquisition, retention and engagement through machine learning and/or statistical modelling
2. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques. 
3. Mine and analyze data from company databases or other data souce to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. 
4. Develop customs algorythms to be applied to existing datasets 

Persyaratan

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years in the same field 
2. Bachelor Degree from Statistical major / mathematic 
3. Familiar with R, Phyton 
4. Coding ability is an advantage (ie. Java, C++, etc) 
5. Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. 
6. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications. 
7. Experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers: Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Coremetrics, Adwords, Crimson Hexagon, Facebook Insights, etc. will be an advantage 
8. Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, MySQL, etc
